What do the different tracking statuses mean?

  • Label Created: The parcel is awaiting pickup by the carrier.
  • In Transit: The parcel is on its way to the destination.
  • Out for Delivery: The parcel is with the final-mile carrier and should arrive soon.
  • Delivered: The parcel has been successfully delivered.
  • Exception or Delay: There may be an issue such as weather delays, address problems, or customs clearance.

My tracking hasn’t updated. What should I do?

Tracking updates may be delayed due to carrier processing times. If there has been no update for more than 24 hours, check with the carrier or contact care@p2pg.com for assistance.

Can I change the delivery address or intercept my parcel after it has shipped?

Address changes depend on the carrier’s policies. Some offer rerouting services, while others may not.
