Sean brings with him a wealth of experience in fulfillment, logistics, and customer success. He most recently served as a Senior Client Success Account Manager at Quiet Platforms, the fulfillment and logistics arm of American Eagle Outfitters, headquartered in Devens, MA. There, he was instrumental in developing strong client relationships and ensuring seamless execution across complex logistics programs—consistently exceeding expectations and driving measurable results.

His background also includes two decades at FSP Books and Videos, Inc., where he led operations, sales, and procurement as Operations and Sales Manager and Buyer. His extensive experience includes team leadership, ecommerce management, contract negotiations, and financial operations—all skills that will further strengthen our client services and operational strategy.
